With the recent announcement that Lamb of God will release seventh album “Resolution” early next year, now seems a good time to take a look at their studio history at the latest in our Box Set series. Lamb of God have been a firm favourite of mine from the first time I heard a tiny snippet on a Wanadoo Broadband advert (which you can see at the bottom of the page).
Forming in 1994 under the moniker Burn the Priest, Lamb of God have released 6 studio albums, a live album and three DVD’s. They’ve supported some of the biggest names in metal such as Motorhead, and toured the world several times over under their own headline banner. Terrorvision are best described as fun. No technical geniuses in their line up, but their infectious pop tinged brand of rock music has kept me entertained for the last 18 years amazingly without sounding old or tired, especially where the earlier material is concerned.
